Same Day Shipment

We try to process orders received prior to 4PM on the same day (M-F). Orders received after 4PM will be shipped the following day. If extra shipping time is required, we will contact our customers immediately if we are unable to process the order within 48 hours.

HDANIEE domestic warehouse is located in Shenzhen, China. International orders may be shipped from different logistics facilities around the world.

Lead Time

We give lead-time estimation to each of product we sell. Customers can check “Availability” and “Out Of Stock Status” to obtain further information. We will e-mail our customers immediately with an updated lead time if the items they order are out of stock or can take a longer to ship.

Import Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any possible brokerages, duties or taxes customer’s state, region, or country applies. But most of our customers in the US, UK and other EEC Countries do not have to pay any import duties and taxes if the products are available from our local warehouse. VAT may be applicable to some customers in accordance to local laws.

Our preferred carriers are FEDEX, DHL,UPS and air post.

Free Shipping

We offer free ground shipping to all orders.

Customers whose order value is lower than US$299 will be arranged for air post, which is expected for longer shipping time.
